Smile Family — we're here to help
Smile Family is an invitation-only, business-to-business (B2B) loyalty and event platform for verified dental professionals who are existing customers of Smile Family. It is used to register for real-world dental courses and events, borrow physical dental equipment, earn loyalty points and activity coins, and redeem rewards. All transactions are conducted directly with Smile Family — the app contains no in-app purchases or digital content for sale.
We typically respond within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Open the Member tab in the app and use “Delete Account”, or email us and we'll process the request within 30 days.
